Me and a buddy of mine are having a tough time getting ourLCD Screen to display. Is there any point of reference for the PI4?

Could I in theory use an obsolete iPad and replace the OS With raspberry pi to make it into a portable CarPlay operating system for my car for music and gps and adding an external microphone for phone calls because all the ones to purchase online are garbage and cheap and expensive and my iPad mini is in mint condition but it’s obsolete has good battery and camera and screen everything and be able to connect to Bluetooth and connect to iPad to power and have aux still for playing sound to my factory stereo it’s a better quality and perfect size for the CarPlay I want but it’s obsolete can’t be updated so I wanna use the body and display and build a new operating system that’s just a CarPlay stereo for iPhone !!! If you have any suggestions I’d appreciate them great fully I just need a good portable apple CarPlay for my Honda civic I can’t find any good stereos and everything would be expensive like 200-300$ or more for portable or a stereo and installation is difficult I’d rather mount the old iPad but it’s the first iPad mini it’s so old I wanna gut it and reformat it with a new motherboard to turn it into CarPlay navigation, music, Bluetooth, and power source the battery is fine so if I can connect it to some motherboards and the original charging port to recharge it, also to use the original aux output and the volume buttons, power, home button, and display and battery, would love to be able to save the original cameras as well and the speakers and microphone but if I do that I would also add a mic for hands free phone calls trying to recycle the old iPads I have some are not destroyed but have pieces or can have the old logic board removed to add one too add codes and there’s lots of room to make space in them and I don’t want to chuck them out I wanna up cycle and save money on this CarPlay I can’t seem to find one to my liking but I know how to repair iPhones and iPads and most apple products I use ifixit for the guide as a safety net and I used to repair phones and tablets for work android phones were very easy better than iPhones so raspberry pi reminds me of android and I know you can customize your own different OS for any android phone users to make the operating systems way better once their phone couldn’t update anymore so it could be used for another 2-3 years or more but is this possible because now I’m very very invested in this and I really want to make my old iPad into up cycling’s

To how many sig figs can it measure temperature and time
