if my mobile hero section has z index 1, 2, 3 can my desktop hero page have the same numbers 1, 2, 3, or will they interfere with each other?

Thank you for this video! One more thumb up 🙂 I have seen a special navi menue with icons obove the written items. In my eyes it looks fantastic It´s not made with Divi. May I post a link and maybe you could show us an example how this can be done in Divi? Many thx in advance.
