Russia is the most sanctioned country in the world. But, Russian currency rebounded and achieved normalcy within a short period making sanctions ineffective. This proves Russia is a big economic power which can't be isolated or undermined. If US was sanctioned in the same way, US economy would have collapsed.

Imagine to be the one that sold them when Ruble to USD was 150 and now you have to buy them back to pay for gas 🤣

The sanctions on Russian ruble also weakened the USD as a reserve currency around the world.

Russia gets its currency back just minus the Mcdonalds and Douche gebanas. Meanwhile the US and the western allied countries are still suffering from very high oil prices. Yeah. This seems fine.

If America sanction Russia, china and India...it's would be end of dollar....America would be lost market and supply...make dollar more worthless...three country can make their market and demand....why you hold dollar with 100 dollar for oil if you can get oil in ruble for 30 dollar?...why youl hold dollar if nickel worth 100 k when if you buy with ruble it's only 2000?

With 20% interest rate there is no surprise with the rubel. Let's see how it goes once interest rate comes down.
