PS4 Pro Cannot Start (CE-34335-8) Cannot access System Storage Error Repair

How to install PS4 System Software on new hard drive:
This procedure is for initializing your PS4™ system and performing a new installation of the system software, such as for when you replace the hard disk drive.

All data on the new hard drive will be deleted.
The following things are needed to perform the update:

PS4 system

USB stick with 1.2 GB of free space

On the USB storage device, create folders for the update file.
Create a folder named "PS4" and Inside that folder, create another folder named "UPDATE".

Download the update file, and save it in the "UPDATE" folder you created in step 1.

Turn off the PS4 console

Connect the USB stick to your PS4 console
The unit will start in 'Safe Mode'
Select [Initialize PS4 (Reinstall System Software)
Follow the steps on screen
If your PS4 console does not read the update file, check the folder and file names.

I reinstalled my system software I was so happy and 3 days after I was playing and i exited the game and than my ps4 completely froze turned off and I got this problem.Nothings working for me.

My 2tb SSHD randomly stopped working and I got the same message. I don't have any idea why. It's not the SSHD because I plugged it into my pc and it found no errors. Then on top of that after I got tired of trying to mess with it. I ended up just putting it in my pc because it was actually bigger and its an SSHD. It's been working fine in my pc ever since.

Can you help me? My PS4Pro bricked itself while autosaving and I had to pull the plug just to power it down. Of course it couldn’t access the storage after that, but I booted it into Safe Mode and rebuilt the database. It came back on and I saved all of my data by transferring to another console. Something was still very wrong, every time it went into Rest Mode it would cut it’s power and the next time I turn it on, “Can’t access system storage”.

So this is when I wiped the HDD reinstalled the firmware aaand it still did the same thing. I even did it again, this time rewriting the whole HDD to NTFS. Still the same results. Is it just my PS4Pro? Is it really just scrambled to no return? Is it the hard drive, even though I redid the whole thing?
