: It is very important to understand the folder structure in Orchestrator. In general there are 2 types of folder Classic and Modern Folders. Folders provide fine grained control over automation project
2 Types of folders available - Classic and Modern
Each Service can have multiple type of folders. Classic Folder or the Modern Folder has Personal Orchestrator Resources and Shared Orchestrator Resources
Private to Resources
Processes
Jobs
Assets
These resources created and accessed in the same folder not visible in the other folder

Shared Resources
Users
Roles
Machines
Packages
Libraries
Created in one folder and can be accessed when switched to other folders too
