If you guys made a video for pickled garlic ramps (sanmaneul jangajji) it'd be a huge service to the internet! I have never seen a live action recipe video for that banchan posted anywhere and it's such a beautiful one for people to become acquainted with! Foraging for ramps in spring is one of the highlights of my year! :)

I grow garlic every year the garlic scapes are my favorite veg thanks for the recipe I usually just season them with olive oil salt and paper and grill them

It’s harder to find garlic scapes these days... but they have a really nice bite and are delicious!
I think I need to buy spring onions, most of your recipes use them!

Yes I know garlic Scapes very well. In the old days of the Food Network you used to hear about ramps and garlic Scapes often. Not so much today. I can't use the special soy sauce because it has pork in it and I don't eat meat at all.
