Unfortunately I was a mark off of my SEARCH assessment however I am in my final stage of PCSO recruitment (before the fitness test) and I wondered if you had any tips for preparation etc. I feel at this moment in time this position suits me best as I can still learn whilst becoming an even more useful and active part of my community rather than jumping into the deep end and becoming a Constable

For some reason I kind of want to be a police officer to feel the experience of being a KPO (Kent Police Officer) and I know nearly every vehicle I see, but I also wanted to be a mechanic instead... Because of the way I act towards heated arguments and violence

I got knocked back from my first Police interview last year, I have applied again and I have my interview coming up in a couple of weeks. The reason I was unsuccessful last time is that they thought my answers were 'over rehearsed' and that I came across as a cocky individual, when all I was trying to do was show that I am a confident person and well prepared. Can I have some advice on how to tackle this interview my 2nd time round? I also have a feeling I may get the same 2 panel members that interviewed me previously. Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated!
