Serious question about this particular product. I purchased this with hopes of being able to utilize the processor but you didn't include or have any extra attachments to purchase to use it for things like chopping, slicing, cutting or grading things like cheese. Why add this as a combo if you can't use it with no additional attachments like your regular standard processors?

I just got this as a holiday gift and I was so excited. The product is very nice with one major drawback. The black portion of the pitcher handle is extremely difficult to remove for cleaning, which in my opinion needs to be done every time as water gets in that part. I don't understand why this part was separate in the first place. Two screws at the button need to be removed, at the top a tiny button needs to be depressed as you're trying to pry the back portion of the handle off. In my case, it was easier for two people to get the job done. In my opinion, a terrible design element.
