Before I start my rant and rave let me just say watching this video makes me drool for some Vietnam DCS action. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!
I've said it before and I'll say it again...
DCS has to put more effort into the Vietnam area of this game. This was such a large part of our history militarily. The air war fought there went on for years. So many possibilities.
So far the only plane they've developed that even has anything to do with the Vietnam era is the F-5 and it wasn't even developed for that. The A-4 Skyhawk wasn't even developed by DCS.
We definitely need the F4 with beginning versions to when they put guns back in it.
Anybody who has read Hunter Killer by Dan Hamilton knows what I mean although they flew the F-105. Since they've already developed the RIO technology with the F-14 they're half way there.
And maps. Lots and lots of historical maps and single player missions based on real recorded missions.
