Hold shift and press the exercise button for your units to train until they are on full level, that's the time they'll stop training by themselves and it saves the time from having to manually click the button to stop training.

Another nice thing you can do if you align czechoslovakia is that you can reform the EU. Not like making a bunch of puppets no, you get the DECISION to reform EU and since it got buffed, the max core pop is 550Mish
