Excellent video! Do you know if the new JR "Tropical" series is still using a JOWO nib? The description says Schmidt nib on Goulet's site. I have the original JOWO/JR and I don't think I want a Schmidt nib.

Mick, love your reviews 🤠 Professional, to the point, and well thought out IMO. Thanks. I like the JR, looks like it would fit in a man’s dress shirt front pocket without sticking out 1+”. It seems most men’s front shirt pockets are a bit shallow, and my Edison Pearlette fits my pockets really good (it also carries a #5 nib). The JR looks looks like it is similar length. Thanks for the review. 😎

I would agree, for me the #6 writes a broader line than the #5 .

Is the #6 actually wider or possibly just wetter and giving that impression.
