I tried this way. One file correctly imported another file (CSV), system promoted only CSV, JSON only can be imported. Trouble shoot please.

I tried a few times and it popped up as an Error and said "Unhandled exception: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xef in position 0: ordinal not in range(128)". I double-checked that the file is UTF-8 compatible.
