I've seen interviews with these surgeons, including the one who was a regular panel member and host on that show "The DOCTORS". They justify the surgeries by saying that they're just giving people self-esteem. BS!! They're making money off of people's LACK of self-esteem.

The most saddening are those trying to look like their favorite celebrity and being told they would be a "look a like", and none of them look remotely like the celebrity look they were going for..
