I played for red river Osborne community center. I was goalie but the team had a goalie already so I played forward during games. My coach would let me practice as a goalie once in a while. Taught me a lot becuz I was just starting. Loved the team, the Rock!!

I played in North Winnipeg as a kid from age 5 to 10. I was team captain at age 10 and we went to the provincials (first time on indoor ice). We lost and I didn’t play again until I was in university. I am now 69 and have a wrecked knee so have paused playing for a while.
