Sorry but this video is not helpful, what does a person do if "Search Image with Google Lens" is not an available option to them? Where are the preliminary steps to get this feature installed?

When I right-click on an image In Google Photos on my desktop (Mac), the option "Search image with Google" is now no longer there — it's gone, and I can't figure out why. HELP.

Pure Gold, thks a bunch. PS your 'editor of choice' say's Notepad, but nothing like most other users Notepad ?. Also, is there a way to be able to 'paste' a image into Lens, or a way to add it to other chrome based browsers as it seems the only way is to get it into lens if not using Google Chrome is first cut a picture then save to disk then open it as file for lens, just a bit of a fiasco, but hey it does work fine, but would be nice to simplify. Many thks for this vid though. Kind Rgds.

When I need to use Google Lens on picture in a folder on Windows 11, I'll copy the picture in the folder and then go to Facebook. I paste the pic into the Create Post box [I do NOT send]. If the picture is a small one I will then right click and Search Images with Google. If the picture is too large for the Create Post Box I click edit and this then shows me the entire picture, and then I right click and select Search Images With Google. This much faster than uploading an image into a Google Lens tab.

What browser are you using with a macbook? Safari does not offer an option for google lens in the contextual menu when you "right click". This video was not helpful to me.
