Elysia [ULT] Quick Guide:
Elysia Signets - Blessing of First Journey -> Blessing of First Bloom (these two at a minimum) -> Blessing of First Awakening (Herrscher Charge and some Damage).
Blessing of First Encounter -> Ignore.
Blessing of First Yearning -> Ignore.

Normal Signets - Kalpas Core 1, Pardofelis Core 1, and Griseo Core 1. Some other options could be Sakura, Vill-V, Kevin, Hua, and so on.

Elysia is still as great as ever and it does help that this ER is pretty good for her as well. Moving on, she has two different builds, one focused on her Ult as shown in this video and another on her Charged Attacks. Both are good so just pick the one you like more. Personally, I like her Ult one better. Also, there's really only one thing to note with her and her Ult build and that is to take full advantage of Blessing of First Journey since that for the most part is your main damage.
As for playstyle, it's pretty simple, start with two charged attacks, Ult, weapon active, evade or evade, weapon active, depending on if you have Vill-V signets or if you want the burst damage earlier. After that, if you have Blessing of First Awakening then you can just use her meter and by then her finisher should be up so just use that as soon as possible. If you don't have Blessing of First Awakening then just do some basic attacks and use her finisher as soon as possible, evade, charge attack/weapon active until her Ult is up once again, and then just repeat everything (Example 20:07).
That's it and should be everything important to know. So, just get the necessary signets, cycle through her Ult to take full advantage of Blessing of First Journey, and It should go very well.
