I'm 75, I use to wear Hugo boss, got tons of compliments from ladies at work, fast forward 20 years, the wife says it really smells ...well bad.😂 Body chemistry changes, BP meds, High Chol meds, affect the smell. She likes Bulgari so that's my go too now.

My all time fav for fall and winter is Body Kouros by Yves Saint Laurent. I’ve never gotten more compliments from both women and men. I’ve even had friends that were embarrassed to ask what I was wearing but absolutely needed to know because it smelt that good. It’s so soft and clean… best ever imo

Colognes in my summer rotation: Versace Dylan Blue, Le Male JPG, Tumi Awaken, Azzaro Most Wanted, Versace Eros. CK Eternity also gets an honorable mention. Clean, sharp smell almost like fresh linen.

I'm 72 and by far far the fragrance I received the largest amount of compliments from women was Joop.I have wore it now since about 1995 and we are now in 2024 as I post this. So around thirty years now. Plus I have wore others during that time as well but never with the high approval of women to the degree Joop has collected over the years.

Gucci Guilty Elixir de Parfum is fabulous ! Highly polished woody fragrance underlined with soapy, powdery notes that make it noble, with a touch of sweetnes just to prevent it from being tart ! Excellent, excellent job indeed !
