If you have a need for speed...... EDIT - After making this I discovered the speedometer was not calibrated correctly. True top speed of this unit is 65-70KMH. MORE INFO BELOW

Is it the factory built / stock scooter that can reach that top speed or did you modify it in some way? (Disconnect the grey wire?)

Measure it using a gps, the real speed should be mutch less then 90kms/h around the 60kms depending on riders weight

If my public school education hasn't failed me, 94 khp should be 58.4 mph. Even protective gear won't help much if you fall at that speed.

A few months back when I first started looking into PEVs I saw a video of a guy testing his speed on a "Dualped" (had to go back and check the name) scooter against a car reaching speeds of like 60 MPH. From the outside it looked freaking insane, like in a dangerous way, especially thew way they were doing it. All I could think of is if he hit a small rock or the tire blew at that speed... oof.

You have a death wish Duf ;-) Granted it's not an EUC, but me?, I'd be worried about some other mechanical failure at those speeds (tire blowout, etc). I'm sure it's a thrill though. I'll live vicariously through you :-)

I think 88 kph is 55 mph, but yes, test it with an ap. Even if the speedo is off, its still plenty fast! Hah! Alexa beat me to it:)
