NPCs during mission on GTO are busted. Random cops will somehow hit shots like they're using the Smart Pistol from Titanfall and will randomly shoot their M4 with the firerate of a A-10 Warthog

Remember that the online NPCs are like Terminators while the cops are Robocops with their aggression and deadeye accuracy

You can take like 30 shots to the head in story mode but in online a BB will wipeout your entire bloodline 😂
