This is like one of the main pushing point for people to buy bitcoin for years. You can send money home for cheap, immediately. You dont have to wait days. Its accessible immediately. Also if you operate a buissness in a country whos currency is terrible you can sell online using bitcoin and transfer it into your own currency for wayyyy more than you could sell regularly

Immigrants sending money out of the US and back to their home countries is my favorite thing about modern agricultural economics. Makes me proud to be an American knowing that farmers can't afford to pay high school kids to do seasonal work anymore.

That was like the whole point of bitcoin. It’s supposed to be a currency separate from any governmental control or regulations.

My favorite is when im at the self checkout paying for my groceries with the cash i have left over after taxes, and some bean farmer next to me speaking gibberish is buying a cart full of meat with his link card. Gotta love it, gives me a nice warm feeling 🙄

In the realm of cryptocurrency, i wouldn't say Bitcoin is fast, or low fee.

There are many other alternative coins or tokens that are much faster and cheaper.

But it's the beginning of change for sure!

Those Bitcoin Atms are very expensive compared to other methods of exchanging fiat for crypto.

Anyone who thinks getting rid of cash is a good idea is a fool. If they ever get total control over our means of transactions they can charge whatever they want and control everything we buy or try to buy. Also can withhold what they want with no repercussions.
