After using the paid version for 4 days, let me spare someone the trouble: mainly the tracking clicks and links clicked
the extension crashes frequently and gmail becomes unavailable in standard mode until you disable it.
it will not work in mail merge for gmail
the links sent in the emails often come up with an error on the receivers side, quite randomly is seems. In the end I had to ask persons to copy and paste the link into their browser which defeats the whole point of the extension.
seriously I've sent out 300 emails in the past 4 days and this was a waste of my time effort and money.

Hi I downloaded this app at first it appeared to be tracking my emails but then I was told that my trial period was over and had to subscribe. I did so and instead of taking a fee once a month they took just ove £104 which was not what I was lead to believe. After a number of days all tracking stopped, which was nearly a month ago.
The only notifications I have been getting since then is if I open the email that I sent but the notification tells me that it was the recipient that opened it. Why would I pay or even download an app that tells me when I opened an email???
I have been emailing the email address I received when I downloaded the app the same email address I was given when I signed up for subscription almost every day for nearly a month now and I am receiving absolutely nothing back, no reply or even an acknowledgement of receiving my email.
I know this is not down to you but I downloaded this app on your recommendation so I would be very grateful if you could help me get this terrible service sorted out.
I need a correct and active email address and the name of someone that can explain why I have received such a dreadful service and can authorised refunding my money???

Dear.. Is it possible to know the received time of email for recipient?... Can we avoid the time lag in receiving sheduled email? I have to apply for an examination. The alloted time for email is two minutes. When I tested it is always lag.
