How I built my Planted Fluval Flex 32G aquascape

In this video, I am presenting the thoughts and planning that went into the aquascape that I did in a Fluval Flex 32G aquarium.

Aquarium infos : Unaltered stock filtration unit, with the exception of more biological media added.
Fertilisation : No added CO2. Weekly fertilization with Flourish, Advance, Excel (Seachem). Plants : Anubias barteri var. angustifolia, Cryptocoryne crispatula, Cryptocoryne undulatus ''red'', Nymphoides hydrophylla ''Taiwan'', Staurogyne repens & Taxiphyllum ''spiky'' from Tropica. Substrate : Seachem Flourite Dark & Fluval Stratum. Hardscape : Dragonstone & Eucalyptus root. Livestock : Rummynose tetras

Lovely design - you have a very good eye. I enjoyed watching your process and how you not only want it beautiful but also a safe and optimal environment for your fish. I also spend hours arranging and rearranging - glad I am not alone in this! Beautiful tank!

Nice set up! What do you do about the lower intakes and substrate? I just got a 32g Flex and the intakes are a lot lower than I expected, so I can't go deep with substrate in those areas.
