Very thankful for your videos Andy. I was not receptive to similar training I received at my dealership. I always felt inadequate and fearful. The thing that really draws me to your training videos is your warmness towards your guys. Even if they mess up you tell them good job or validate them in some way. I don't feel I was given the space to make mistakes so I would get discouraged and not stick to it. Things are on a upswing for me since I have watched and applied your teachings. The things you teach and speak about go much deeper than just a job and I needed that on a personal level. I was really inspired by your speech about "The Truth About The Car Industry and What It Takes To Succeed". You are one of the only (if not only) person I've watched that can take the things I'm learning in therapy and really blend it with my job to make me well rounded. Andy I’m grateful for your videos you and my sales manager Brandon Landers helped me get the top spot on the board last month I admit part of it was just luck but nonetheless I topped the board . I was let go yesterday because of this covid19 shit so I’m worried that I’m going to lose part of my progress not being able to practice. Somehow I have to make this a opportunity instead of. a loss, the only thing I know to do is watch more videos. Have any suggestions?
