Been trying to figure out exactly why my lining wasn't 110% perfect. This video explained every aspect of producing quality basic line work. I finally have gotten consistent lines. Thank u! Keep promoting this channel. It's really helpful for people that are learning. Was starting to feel a little hopeless. This definitely made all the difference. Definitely made me more confident in my work

I tattooed myself yesterday and I had to go over the same lines like 5-6 times and I couldn’t figure out why but now I know it was definitely because I was too scared

My favorite thing about giving myself my first tattoo was to figure out what skin felt like first hand. I genuinely wasn’t even In pain I was more so anxious that I wasnt getting deep enough (which I didn’t, it’s super light like a faded pen, I could’ve went deeper) my ones following that one though have been looking better :)

This is a better explanation of how you can damage the skin if you are not aware of your hand speed and voltage. Great job!

My first switch from coils to pen style didn't go so well. The cartridges were cheap and ink wasn't flowing correctly. Thanks for the informative videos, enjoying watching and learning. I'm using fake skin only. Wow this is cool! 👌

Thanks for making these videos, I know the time it takes, especially editing, etc. I started a few months ago with the reelskin, I noticed on the site it said both sides could be used, but when I turned it over there was always bleed through. The more I practiced, the more I could use both sides. Then when I started on myself it seemed like the right depth. I also use things like rolled up cardboard & made a shaky stand to mount skins. It kinda gets me use to moving parts. Stretching is my biggest issue, especially with my messed up arm. Thanks again, hope all is well, take it easy.

Thank you for the video ! I did my fourth tattoo on human skin yesterday and I was pissed because some of my thin lines were shaky.

My drawings/paintings/stencils are super good (I’ve been drawing since the age of two years old) but it makes me sad to draw a really good tattoo but the outcome is 80% correct compared to the drawing. 😔

Awesome video. Thank you! I only plan on playing with fake skins and leaving the real work up to the artists and tradesman out there. But you help a lot and for that I am really grateful. Thanks!!

Your practice skin reminds me of how Peter Han tells people to practice pen sketching, and dropping a line on top of a line with precision is going to determine your skill.

Man, I love all your videos. I have to ask you in this one what are you using for the outlining? That isn’t just one needle almost looks like possibly two or three. I’m using a 12 round line right now and it’s so skinny I feel. Wanted to know what you used here. Thanks!!!
