I had done one course in godrej mumbai on allen bradley and siemens plc way back in 2007 or 2008. No job promise just for training purposes. It was one week long. All greek and latin. Went all above my head..It was so fast paced and useless for freshers. Didnt teach the basics..and i was the only fresher. Rest all were their old employees and few outsiders. They had advertised in some local newspaper. All money making schemes. Wish i had such a wonderful youtube channel to guide me during my engineering (instrumentation) days. Kudos..Good work..keep it up.

Thank you Didi: your channel is the best on the Youtube. Your commentary and illustration are crystal clear and well demonstrated. I have subscribed to your channel already. Also my comments on the scaling section of your video on Allen Bradley. You should have converted mA to volts in order to control the valve, however, since your are using discrete outputs, there should have been pump 1 pump2, and 3 and 4 comming on line to pump liquid in the tank based on its level. Anyway, as far as the explanation is concerned you explained it well. Your model is like three or four pumps. When level is 20% all pumps are running, when it is 50% one pump turns off, and when it is 80% all pumps are off, sort to speak. however, a direct 0-10v could be sent to valve actuator to correspondence 0% 100% of valve opening respectively. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with these great helpful videos. Your audio is excellent, your English is awsome, and you know the subject inside out. Appreciations from Canada. Thank you Didi.

There are various tutorial vids but for this one, the basics are well explained. There are even seasoned instructors who are not effective. Thanks for this channel and the tutor!

I did electrical controls for 45 years, mostly on AB and GE platforms. SLC 500's and RSLogix 500 has been around for longer the 25 years, but has been replaced with ControlLogix and CompactLogix using RSLogix5000 software. If you're a novice with Rockwell products, about the only thing you should take from this video is the structure used to generate PLC code. SLC, PLC5 are based on fixed addressing, whereas RSLogix is a tag based platform where the user creates a tag to address a device. RSLogix5000 is focused on traditional machine function as well as process based applications. It also has a wider range of communication protocols.
