Toothpick dispenser revision 3... Total failure

A swing door on a hinge on either of the fox face sides would be a better loading mechanism. Not swinging out, but swinging around the hinge. Where when opened you can clearly see the lift mechanism and interior space and just drop a handful of toothpicks downward into it and close the hinged access. If a 3D printer can print hinged panels, that would be interesting. Hinged cover might be the more precise term. The hinge on this design would obviously fit well centered in one of the ears.

This is an awesome design. However, as cool of a feature as it may seem, the fact that it shoots out like that isnt such a smart idea. I can just imagine one of my kids getting ahold of this on the table, slamming it down, and having to rush them to the ER because of a toothpick in the eye
