I've got eVisa and I added my passport to eVisa but they said they could not approved cos my name on my identity document/passport is different to what is on my account. But my name exactly the same in my account and passport have no change. So what can I do ?

Hi, I did applied evisa 04weeks ago. I can't view evisa status.I had also received email from home office that I can view evisa but I can't view evisa yet.its showing details from them below .
