Hi, I’ve just been stopped at an airport and unable to fly back to the UK because I have an ID card but I do have a settled status. I tried to view and prove my status using my old passport details and it says “your details couldn’t match our records” now I’m stuck in Albania and unable to fly back. Can anyone help out please?

Hi, I am on a UK spouse visa and applying for the National insurance number but the home office website says my details don't match their records despite putting in the right info. I did get the right to work share code though. Can I use the same share code for the national insurance number application form? Or is it entirely different?

have tried to update my records, after securing my BRC replacement card but upon uploading i receive a feedback stating that they can’t process my update because my card is not readable and has been cropped. Meanwhile, I scanned my card hence can’t be cropped. I have received this message anytime i resend then my details for an update.
