Nah, not Georgia-the serial killer. Body image, self harm, depression, eating disorders... shall we go on. Amazing talented young people. I love Marcus. This is a great edit. Thank you.

so similar to my story - my ex broke up with me because of his depression; “i don’t have space for anyone else’s pain right now”, that’s understandable but so fucking painful from my side

If you look at the scene where ginny leaves, in marcus’ bedroom; the first time they show it from marcus’ view and the second from ginny’s. The first time everything is darker, i first thought “huh why is she leaving for school in the middle of the night?” The attention to detail is insane

I just rewatched the serie, and the Episode 8 of the second season just... makes so much sense to me the monologue this amazing character Markus Baker does at the beginning and end of the episode!
I've been facing depression for the past 4-5 years, and it feels just as he says at the beginning of the 8th episode:

"When the episode starts it can be slow at first.
An intrusive thought, "I don't want to be here", but then it's gone.
You bat it away like a fly or a bad smell.
When it hits you fully low, u're really in in it, it's everything.
That's who you are, we're nothing else.
...
You start to hate yourself.
You're so alone, so unbelievably alone.
And you can be with someone you love, but you're not really with them."

I don't even know why I'm typing this, I guess the emotion of rewatching was just this impactful.
But yeah it feels like it's never gonna get better, and I don't even want it to get better...

"It's a void and existing takes so much energy, you wanna sink into a hole
with nothing where no one talks to you, and you don't have to smile or talk or be."

I feel simpathy for the character, I guess it's all...

the scene where he explains how depression feels is implemented in my heart and brain, ive always had a horrible time trying to explain the feeling to others but he explained it beautifully. i cried while watching that scene, i cried multiple times during this season cause it really gave a different perspective of this show.

I use to not understand it fully untill it actually happened to me. Its is really hard to describe the feeling, the only word i can think of is alone. And the way he describes it the most accurate way i have ever heard. Its kinda uncanny

All I wanted to do at the end of S2 is give his poor boy a massive HUG! cannot imagine what he is going through gotta be so challenging. And bravo to Felix he played it perfectly. One of the most heartbreaking scenes in S2 w Marcus has to be when he showed up drunk to school u could tell then he was really really struggling. Was really heartbreaking to watch. Really looking forward to S3 I hope Marcus is happier and that Ginny is by his side he needs her.

Normally, I just watch Netflix series and enjoy them but for some reason this episode really touched me and it’s been bothering me in a certain way for two days now I don’t know why, but I know it’s a fake show but I feel bad for him. Am I the the only one?😅

2 different shows / Actor / Actress last name Baker. Hannah Baker 13 why Sad because she was bullied and depressed and raped. Hannah thought she did not deserve Clay that why she took her life. Marcus Baker from Ginny & Georgia is just only because Marcus thinks he doesn't deserve to be with Ginny.
