In this self defence video we demonstrate how to defend yourself and escape from a full nelson!

We explain and demonstrate 4 techniques that you can use to defend against the full nelson, which one you choose will depend on the level of pre-emption you have, the strength of your attacker and the quality of the full nelson technique being used. But rest assured there is a technique here for every full nelson situation.
