My favorite version of the Mario 1 overworld theme as it was featured in the very first Mario-related game I ever played in my life: Super Mario Flash. As a little kid, I was never able to get past the second level, & even today, though I've made it to the final level, I still haven't been able to beat it yet.

The reharmonization on the lower lead melody beginning at 0:02 is beautiful. With it being played by those horn samples there sounds a bit of sadness to it. Great arrangement
