I so remember getting this for my 14th birthday as my first Mario game for the DS back then.

Such a classic. It brings me back to the good old days of one of my friends in 2nd Grade letting me use his DS to play.

Man, this reminds me of when the game first came out. Both me and my friend across the street got it, so whenever we went to each others houses or whenever we had parties, everyone would take turns playing. Not to mention the fond memories I have simply playing with my own parents. As much as I like the new games, they just can’t compare to this one (and the DS one). My parents are getting older, so the newer 3D platformers are harder for them to handle. At least we have Super Mario Bros. Wonder now, but it still just doesn’t have the same feel as back then.
