You know what makes this indictment different?
Since these are state charges, the President cannot Pardon any defendants nor can he Commute any state prison sentence should there be any convictions. But more importantly, Not even Trump's GOP lackeys in Georgia can do anything because, under Georgia law, the Governor has no Pardoning power. My understanding is that Pardons are handled by a committee and it can only consider a pardon AFTER 5 years after a conviction.
I do not live in Georgia so if there is anyone who lives in Georgia who can clarify or correct this, I would appreciate it.
