48 Inch Box Jump #challenge!!

It's not the tallest box jump you've ever seen... but damn it if it doesn't have the most flair you've seen!! I like to train to jump with boxes against a wall so I can't throw my hands too far forward. By keeping my hands back, I have to focus on driving through my heels more when pressing up with my legs.
