Thought I would take a look on the net to see what I can learn in the way of second fix, found this vid, started watching it, and that development is only on the site of my old house. I remember going through and getting the planning permission for it. Lol I can't believe that!

Maximum knowledge shares, took me years to realise all that myself back in the day. I used to get laughed at by the old boys when using my knipex auto strippers and mini stabila, i absolutely loved them for speed. Time is money, any edge to cut teh time back is worth it in the long run.

Great video Mike. Couldn’t agree with all these bud as a primarily Twin & sin lad all those tips are spot on. The cleaning up one 🤣I’ve been saying this for years teach all the new lads to clear up as you so it’s so much easier, leaves a better impression on site & as you say you don’t end up spending the last hour having to have a clear up! Always teach the new lads to do it, nothing worse than looking at a room full of crap that’s just been launched everywhere.

Prep for finishing is very important .Stripping and prepping cables then placing comments where they need to go and then start doing all your connections and mounting .Any help in organization prep speeds up the process .Some cases time and material is the only way to go for some custom installs .

Also, When will the UK adopt insulation of the CPC in their T&E. Australian TPS is a breath of fresh air to work with. Not only is the Earth/CPC sleeved, the cable is also stranded.
