In this video, I review the Govee Exterior RGBIC LED permanent lights (H6173). I've been wanting to put up permanent exterior LED lights since a ladder slipped out from under me last year and I shattered my wrist. :) Ever since, the idea of putting up lights one time and never having to do it again really started to appeal to me. After some research (probably not enough though), I took the plunge and bought the Govee RGBIC H6173 external LED lights. In this video review I cover the pros and cons of these lights.

Well done…very thorough ty. Same as yourself..i had govee rgb, app was innovative as community submissions made it interesting…thought rgb ic segment control outdoor lights for balcony would be nice.. but it seems it failed as far as segment control. May lean towards WLED, where there is more control. You may like those… cheers…keep vids coming…

I got some govee strip lights 98ft and for some reason the third roll of strips isn’t turning on, so you know of any trouble shooting tricks I can try

You installed them wrong in several places. Never showed them once at night while in the app. Your review skills are on par with the app. Good luck……

Hey can the two rolls of led strips be used independently (have their own source of power) or do they have to be connected to each other and share one source of power?
