You brought up some great points Jonathan! I think there’s a sweet spot where the plates are thin enough to fit a lot of them on but not so thin that it increases plate slop or it gets painful or dangerous to use. I personally prefer plates that are the thickness of traditional calibrated kilo plates with the occasional deep dish plate thrown in for grip specific training.

The grip option ones are super sweet. I am running out of room on my deadlift bar with bumpers, I am torn between these and the WIO. Both have such odd names... decisions decisions. Enjoy watching the Pats and Sox this weekend...oh wait 😁
