Currently it's impossible to convert audio to midi. All software that promise to do so, they can't really. There's no way to split any harmonized piece of music into tracks for each instrument. The only way in the future is an implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in your software. AI is able to learn how instruments sounds together.

It looks like you MUST have Melodyne Studio to do this cuz I don't have this option in mine.

Couldn’t help but notice when applying any style of piano playing besides chords the program couldn’t keep up and I lost more than half the notes.
Am I doing something wrong?

Note to people using the Trial version. If you do not have a MIDI export option, you HAVE to activate the trial version from the startup options. Otherwise you are just in Player mode, which won't let you do anything.

Whew... it worked... obviously wont work well for intricate stuff, but I only wanted to convert a small, simple, mp3. and am quite impressed to be honest, with the results..

On a side note, this software looks interesting..

I'm having an issue. So every time I convert the audio to midi, it screws up my timing. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. It seems to take the "space" out of the file when it goes from audio to midi, like it's omitting the rests in the track. Any clue why this is happening or how to fix it?

I'd like to ask about the files. With this method, mp3 bigger than midi files? The other question is which quaility is better with your system?

I mean... it's pretty good if you compare it with other softwares. I think it could be usefull in many situation, but I still prefer training the ear to easily identify a note without any software, just with your ear. Obviously that need months or even years of practice but it's worth if you really love the music 🎶

Most of tutorial video's are used to promote this music programs, I advise to read al the terms of conditions before using
even a free music convertor program. There are programs whom claim immediate ownership of your downloaded files.
It is better to save money and buy a more expensive program. Be carefull with free trial propositions because sometimes
they hide several tracer cookies and other stuff on your program in order to scamm money out of your pocket by putting pressure on you to pay. Don't forget if they don't give warranty you never see your money back and if this is the case don't bite the trapp

Hello. Can i ask a question?Does anybody know if you can avoid copyright claims in your videos by replacing copyrighted songs with MIDI versions of those copyrighted songs? i'm doing that and i'm still getting claims in my videos regardless so i don't know.
