I will say in my experience the twist n rip worked fine but i messed up by palm rolling the dreads after. Yes it reduces the frizz but for my hair it also loosened the twist n rips especially after washing it in the shower… so i had to redo twist n rip and did not palm rolling this time.. everything is going well now
