Oh wow. This feels better than the other stretches lol. I had trouble figuring out where to put my weight, but I think putting it more on the front foot helped. Very good stretch 👍

I feel that if I separate my feet and knees and try to stay 50/50 on the feet I get a more intense sensation of stretch on the joints
