Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Kale Chane (Black Chickpeas), boiled with salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Puree of 3 large tomatoes
- 3 square chicken cubes
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- Chopped onion and lemon for garnish
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Cook until the onion is soft.
2. Add the tomato puree, red chili powder, red chili flakes, and chicken cubes. Cook until the oil separates.
3. Add the boiled Kale Chane (Black Chickpeas) and mix well.
4. Sprinkle chaat masala and mix again.
5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, chopped onion, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
