Regional tensions have mounted since mutinous soldiers overthrew the president of Niger nearly two weeks ago. The ECOWAS threat of military intervention appears to be revealing differences of opinion on how to proceed among some of the 15 member states. FRANCE 24's Vedika Bahl explains.

The PM comes from an ethnicity that represents less than 1% of Nigerian population. This is highly suspect as Africa is ruled by tribal allegiances. I would encourage a new elections but ban foreign NGO funding.
