What Happened To The Neca Jaws Figures?

This is a video where I question why Neca can no longer include Brody, and why Sam Quint does not have the chumming bucket accessory (is it because they are still trying to release the Chief Brody Figure?). I also question when these other Jaws figures Neca hinted at might be coming out.

The Quint figure is already getting reviews by those who have it in hand (from Neca for promotion). My thinking is it will be out shortly. Its hard to know what happen with the Brody figure. Sometimes the estate is the culprit, other times its a competing company that still has an invested interest in that license. I think in time this will get sorted out and Brody will make an appearance. NECA has confirmed they are making a Bruce shark in scale with Quint. Personally I would rather see Bruce and the Orca together as a diorama display (with the sharks head coming out of the water on the Orca (while its sinking). The water line could be the base. I don't see the value of a one to one scaled Bruce to this figure if there is no scenery to display it.
