A little fun fact, guns made or replicas of guns made before 1860 are considered antique guns, and by federal law, it is not a firearm. They are few laws involving them no ID needed or background check, but it does depend on the State you are in. I was 18 when I started carrying an 1851 navy revolver. I walked in, put the money on the counter, and left with the gun.
