Wait, so Pooh and the others were once kids who were buried in the ground and rose up as monsters? Reminds me of FNAF.

It says in the trailer that when he was a kid, Christopher's best friend was taken. Perhaps Pooh is actually his old friend who was buried and then rose up as a monster!

The new question is: Who killed them and buried them? And did this person cause them to rise back out of the ground? Winnie the Pooh has its own William Afton!

So they’ve basically given the first movie an origin story. It’s looking like those kids you see in the trailer are taken, killed & buried but then are brought back to life as these Creatures in a Pet Sematary symbolic way. Somewhat some years later, Christopher obviously came back to 100 acre woods and came across these beings when he was a Teen and this is when they became friends, til Christopher had to leave… leaving the creatures to turn demonic & deranged. That’s when a couple of years later, Christopher returns and realises he’s come back to a nightmare. I’m assuming this is the direction the film is going to take. Christopher is going to find out either Pooh or Tigger is Billy ( his friend ) and will try to persuade him to find his humanity again. More than likely Billy will be Tigger. It’ll make much more sense seeing as Tigger is the most diabolical one of them all. His resentment towards Christopher seems very Personal like he has his own agenda & vendetta, like he’s out for Revenge only for himself tho. Whereas Pooh wanted to make Christopher suffer for leaving them all to die by starvation which caused them all to turn Demonic & Cannibalistic with having to chow down on Eeyore.

The fact that there was some psychopath out there that was willing to abduct children it's the scary part. The fact that he was willing to create Human/Animal Hybrids is the REAL terrifying truth.

Especially the fact that these children/animals were buried and whoever buried them expected these creatures to stay buried? Come on creating this series is just beyond cruel. And cruelest to us Winnie The Pooh childhood fans.
