I remember when Fashion Bug looked different inside. The walls were like this yellowish-orange color… my mother would spend hours upon hours in there. Great memories! Thanks for sharing!

Heck, even *I* can remember when Northgate was a pretty decent, even thriving mall... with places I actually wanted to shop. You're right about the Jewel... before that, it was a Community (similar to Woolworth or Kresge)... and at some point, it was also a Phar-Mor. I was out of Aurora by the time there was an Office Depot there.
As for Fashion Bug... while *I* wouldn't have had any reason to go there, one of my friends shopped there regularly back in the 80's.

Wow, the Planet Fitness, thrift store plus the third store used to be a Jewel? And that mall had a Carson's? Makes me wonder what happened there.
