When we learn we need to improve speaking and listening skills, writing skills, as well as reading and comprehension.
If you're a self-learner (or aspiring one!) sometimes you don't have a classmate or a teacher nearby to ask for confirmation on your comprehension. Sometimes the podcast that you are listening to has an incomprehensible part or perhaps you need a hand finding some authentic material to practice your skills.
I'm here to help! Click on the individual chapters and choose what you think it's best for you, and if there are any that you think I am missing, let me know in the comments!
A presto!

Another great series of tips. I wasn't aware of Rememberry and being able to seamlessly move vocabulary into flashcards for anki or another tool was very useful. Using the google audio transcription by enabling the feature in a google doc was very neat. You didn't really show Microsoft Word or Notes feature similar to your demonstration with google audio transcription. I am aware that you can install other languages for translation in Microsoft and you can have it "read" the screen out loud to you. On your phone, you can also choose a different target language for your map directions app and then as you drive your directions will be in the target language you are learning (though it would drive my wife nuts sometimes). Besides the extensive capabilities of google docs & translation, google sheets has a formula that you can apply to a cell or copy it to a range of cells if you quickly wish to convert common phrases or words ...this is very helpful if you are starting with a base native vocabulary you wish to learn in a new target language. Take the 650 most commonly used words in english and translate them into your target language with this formula =GOOGLETRANSLATE(A2, "en", "it"). For example, if column A contains the word or phrase in english, while column B contains the result translated into italian.. this formula in cell B2 would translate the contents of cell A2 from enGLISH ("en") to itALIAN ("it"). Change the formula in the first cell and copy it down the column B for the rest of the cells. This is of little value in learning grammar or colloquial expressions, but as a means of starting learning the most frequently used words it makes the journey feel a little more attainable. The 650 words would be in column A starting with cell A2-A651. Column B2 cells B2-B651 would contain the italian form. Column C could contain a 1 if you have learned the word so you can keep a count. The list can be increased in size as needed. It's a rather crude list to start and it doesn't address grammar!

These tips are amazing! I've already searched for Italian Vlogs with Italian subtitles and I'm going to start using them to learn Italian as soon as I have a bit more vocabulary.

Very helpful - thank you! I sent a link to your channel to my friend in Italy and she loves it. She asked where you are from and guessed northern Italy based on your accent. (She lives in Trento) If you do not mind...where is your hometown? Grazie e buon anno!

Molto utile! Con Apple TV, a proposito di frasi difficili durante la visione di film e serie TV, puoi tenere premuto il tasto del comando vocale e chiedere a Siri "what did he say?" - tornerà indietro 10 secondi e attiverà i sottotitoli solo fino al punto in cui hai fermato la visione.
