This is the first in my rainbow series! Red base to start! I am really glad that I used silver instead of gold or bronze. The point of this abstract art series is to test out different color palettes and color inspiration! I hope this inspires you to branch out as well and try something new! Next up is orange!

I am so happy that I found acrylic pouring/fluid art a few years ago. It has helped me in so many ways and it just keeps getting better and better. If this is outside of your comfort zone then you are about to EXPLODE artistically with the rest of this series. My HEAVENS Molly, this was a gorgeous composition with an absolutely beautiful palette of colors. That teal against the red with the silver lacing - sweet Jehosephat, I don't even have words. I can't wait to see what you do with the orange. I'd go bright, you've started this series off with a bang - set those rainbow fireworks If you go with a bright orange, I'd add something like a blood orange/red color to complement it, then a Merlot (red/dark orange) as well as a Navy and a powder blue to contrast. You have to have a metallic in there.... that shine that it gives this style of painting is just incredible. Maybe a gold would complement those oranges/reds well and would still look great with the Navy/Powder blue? I am seeing it in my head, but now I want to go play with paint!!! Inspired FOR SURE!!! fantastic results Molly! colors look great together. with orange, I always think of earth tones... sienna, gold, bronze. and a touch of turquoise … whatever you chose, it will be fantastic I'm sure... can't wait!

that is beautiful and eye opening for me colorwise. I think that violet and burgundy (magenta), and maybe a little yellow look gorgeous with orange. Especially vermillion. Look forward to the next one.
