I’m doing my porch and wondering how to to that area. I saw on the video your dad was shoveling crushed stone around that area but couldn’t quite see how you did it .

But wanted to say i found u on tiktok nd have been watchin for ab a week now and i love what your doing for real! Im 20 and plan to build a house in 2 years or less so its so interesting watch someone do everythin step by step, i actually love the design of ur house too, but enough ranting, i wanted to see if at the very end you can do an exact estimate on how much u spent like 3k on electrical, 40k on wood and etc so i hav a better idea for myself in the future. If you dont want to for personal reasons thats fine but thank you for posting and being you!

You should of used rubber flashing because metal flashing reacts with the wood on the house band and over time rots
