Pretty dang excessive for running a stop sign, geez. I've seen someone run a RED LIGHT and the cop was extremely polite and got a warning, but this guy, wow.

Looks like an unmarked vehicle(pov?). Cop on his way to work maybe. He should not have use any force and asked the kid about his riding behavior. Dudes a tyrant and needs to be gone!!
